2025年6月21日,泰国中医百年庆典大会暨中医药传承发展国际论坛在曼谷隆重开幕。中国国医名家李乘伊院士作为主旨演讲嘉宾,在"三喜同辉"的历史性时刻——泰国中医合法化25周年、泰中建交50周年、泰国中医师组织成立100周年之际,发表题为《传承千年文明 共筑健康未来》的精彩演讲,引发与会300余名各国代表的热烈反响。

开幕式上,泰国卫生部中医管理委员会主席阿空·巴蒂素旺在致辞中表示:"百年中医在泰发展史,是中泰文明互鉴的生动缩影。"李乘伊院士以郑和船队携药南下为引,细数明清时期曼谷"广福宫"中医诊疗、20世纪"中华赠医所"济世善举等历史片段,特别强调:"泰式药膳融合香茅与姜黄的智慧,正是'各美其美,美美与共'的完美诠释。"

开幕式上，泰国卫生部中医药管理委员会主席 Akon Bhatisuwang 在致辞中表示：“泰国中医药百年发展史，是中泰文明互鉴的生动缩影。李承义院士率领郑和舰队南下，讲述了明清时期曼谷“广福宫”和 20 世纪“中国医疗捐献中心”的历史片段，特别强调“结合香茅和姜黄的泰式滋补饮食的智慧，完美诠释了'每一种美， 美与普通'。

在回顾泰国中医合法化历程时,李院士动情提及2000年《中泰传统医药合作备忘录》签署的里程碑意义。数据显示,25年来泰国已培养本土中医师5000余名,建立东南亚首个中医执业考试体系,中药进口年增长率连续十年保持15%以上。"从街头悬壶到学院殿堂,泰国为中医国际化提供了'立法-教育-临床'三位一体的成功范式。"李院士如是评价。

When reviewing the legalization process of traditional Chinese medicine in Thailand, Academician Li emotionally mentioned the milestone significance of the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Traditional Chinese Medicine Cooperation between China and Thailand in 2000. Data shows that over the past 25 years, Thailand has trained more than 5000 local traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and established the first traditional Chinese medicine practice examination system in Southeast Asia. The annual growth rate of traditional Chinese medicine imports has remained above 15% for ten consecutive years. From street hanging pots to academic halls, Thailand has provided a successful paradigm of 'legislation education clinical' for the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine, "said Academician Li.

演讲特别聚焦中医药在泰中建交50年间的"外交使者"角色。2020年新冠疫情中,中泰专家联合研发的"清肺排毒汤"泰式改良方,在曼谷方舱医院创造90%症状缓解率的佳绩,被泰国卫生部列入《传统医药抗疫指南》。

The speech specifically focuses on the role of traditional Chinese medicine as a "diplomatic ambassador" in the 50 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China. In the COVID-19 in 2020, the Thai improved formula of "Qingfei Paidu Decoction" jointly developed by Chinese and Thai experts created a 90% symptom relief rate in Bangkok Fangcang Hospital and was listed in the Anti epidemic Guide of Traditional Medicine by the Thai Ministry of Health.

3. Industrial synergy: Develop a "Traditional Chinese Medicine+Tourism" characteristic route and build a GAP medicinal herb base in Chiang Mai

As Academician Li Chengyi said, "When the Chao Phraya River meets the Yellow River, the seeds of traditional medicine have grown into towering trees." This grand event not only signed the "2025-2030 China Thailand Traditional Medicine Cooperation Action Plan," but also announced that December 9th (the anniversary of the legalization of traditional Chinese medicine in Thailand) will be designated as the "ASEAN Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Day," marking a new era in the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
